A Strength, Balance and Fitness class for older adults
Date and Location: Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at Sunrise Health and Fitness 3-4pm
Dr Rowe is an experienced, skilled Physical Therapist and will run the class herself. Exercises can be done in both standing and sitting. All the exercises have been tested on older adults and people with balance problems.
You'll be stronger, have better balance, feel better, be able to stay active and prevent falls. See the results in your tri monthly fitness checks!
