Parking & Public Transportation

For Patients Visiting Living Healthy Physical Therapy located in Keys jazz Bistro

at 490 Broadway, San Francisco (North Beach)

Tips for Patients

  • Street Parking First: It’s typically cheapest and closest — just check meter rules/signs.

  • Public Transit: Can be faster than driving/parking downtown — especially during peak hours.

  • Garage Parking: Perfect backup if street spots are full — city garages are generally more predictable in price.

  • Please note: Parking availability, rates, and hours are subject to change. We recommend checking directly with the parking garage or the City of San Francisco for the most current information before your visit.

Driving a Car

Street Parking — Closest & Most Affordable

Street parking around Broadway, Kearny, and Columbus avenues is often the easiest first option for appointments.

  •  Metered street parking is available on Broadway and nearby side streets, typically within 1–2 blocks of 490 Broadway just a short walk (1–6 minutes).

  •  Typical Costs: ~$1.75–$3.25 per hour (depending on exact block and time of day).

  •  Enforcement Hours: Most meters are enforced ~9 am–6 pm, Monday–Saturday — check meters for exact times.

  •  Mobile Meter Payment: Many meters take mobile pay/credit via apps (SFMTA payment tools).

  •  Street cleaning & signs: Always read local signage; street cleaning and residential parking restrictions can result in tickets/tow.

  • Please note: Parking availability, rates, and hours are subject to change. We recommend checking directly with the parking garage or the City of San Francisco for the most current information before your visit.
